The importance of product cleaning keeps growing all the time. There are two types of cleaning: microbial cleaning to reduce bioburden and cleaning to remove particles.

With microbial cleaning, products are treated for reduction of germs in order to gain a reliable base for all following processes.

Particle cleaning is absolutely necessary, especially for products made in machining.

Production residues such as greases and oils, for example, are removed. The optimal cleaning processes are selected on the basis of analyses of contamination and product specific properties such as geometries and materials.

Depending on their properties, products are dried under laminar flows or in a drying cabinet with individually defined parameters.

Positioning of products during the drying processes: we offer standard solutions as well as specially designed trays as requried. The cleaning processes are validated so that the highest possible level of safety can be achieved.
