Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem technologisch fortschrittlichen Umfeld. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Reinigung von Medizinprodukten unter Reinraumbedingungen, die Montage und den Kernbereich der Verpackung. Du arbeitest an modernen Reinigungsmaschinen, montierst Einzelteile zu Endprodukten an speziellen Montagevorrichtungen, teils in Gruppenarbeit, und verpackst die Medizinprodukte.
Verbinde Handwerk mit Hightech
Im Herzen der Produktion spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle, indem du dazu beiträgst, dass hochwertige Medizinprodukte ihren Weg zu den Anwendern finden. Du wirst Spezialist an den Verpackungsmaschinen, bringst Etiketten an und sorgst dafür, dass jede Sendung mit den korrekten Informationen versehen in den Versand geht. Das Team hat die finale Kontrolle und stellt sicher, dass nur perfekte Produkte das Haus verlassen.
Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse: für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team.
- Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse: für die Arbeit an modernen, digitalisierten Arbeitsplätzen.
- Sorgfalt und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein: weil Präzision und Hygiene oberste Priorität haben.
- Teamfähigkeit und Schichtbereitschaft: für das Arbeiten in Früh- und Spätschicht in festen Teams.
- Geeignet für medizinische Fachkräfte oder Produktionspersonal: Quereinsteiger sind willkommen!

Production in the countryside
Steripac production is located in the northern Black Forest, one of the most beautiful regions in Germany.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, we work in the midst of nature. By participating in programmes such as EcoFit, we aim to protect our environment by, for example, reducing our energy consumption, our waste and our water consumption.
And the environment around the Hessian town of Calw is very varied:
From a high ropes course and a bike park with downhill trails in Bad Wildbad to golfing in Bad Liebenzell or fascinating cars and motorcycles at Motorworld Böblingen - the region offers a wealth of different possibilities. And if you just want to walk through the Black Forest, you can set off right outside the front door!

05 SUCCESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Steripac looks back on a company history of more than 30 years. Initially, “contract packaging” was only a by-product of the production of urological products.
In 2002, the steripac brand was transformed into an independent company. Owner-managed, steripac has continuously developed over the last 20 years and established itself as a reliable partner in the market.
During these developments, the processes used have been optimised and the machinery kept up-to-date, new technologies introduced and the range of services expanded.
The independently developed and patented 3dpac system offers customers with products that have a large number of variants enormous flexibility with maximum safety and minimal validation effort.
Our success to date has been based on continuous development and our openness to new things. These characteristics will also accompany us successfully into the future.
